Dr. Natasha Stoltz
Practice Owner & Lead Veterinarian
Dr. Natasha Stoltz is a highly skilled and compassionate veterinarian with a wealth of experience in mixed animal practice. Originally from South Africa, she spent years caring for a variety of animals before making the move to Australia with her husband, Marius, three years ago. Since then, she has transitioned to small animal practice and recently relocated to Perth from Darwin.
Dr. Natasha has a special interest in surgery, as well as emergency and critical care, and is currently pursuing a postgraduate qualification in this field. Her expertise, combined with her dedication to providing top-tier veterinary care, ensures that every pet at Vogue Vets & Wellness Centre receives the highest level of medical attention.
Outside of work, Dr. Natasha enjoys exploring the outdoors and camping with her husband and young son, Liam. Her passion for animals and commitment to their well-being make her a trusted and valued veterinarian in the community.

Dr. Fran Pagnacco is a highly experienced veterinarian who graduated from Murdoch University. After spending two years working in the UK, she returned to Perth, where she has dedicated her career to small animal practice. Passionate about both dogs and cats, Dr. Fran finds immense joy in building strong connections with her patients and their owners, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
Committed to continuous learning, Dr. Fran has pursued extensive additional training in canine rehabilitation and sports medicine. She holds certifications in Canine Sports Medicine, Canine Aqua Therapies, and multiple specialized rehabilitation courses from the University of Tennessee, including Cruciate Rehabilitation, Therapeutic Handling, and Aquatic Therapy. Her expertise in these areas makes her an invaluable asset to our rehabilitation team, helping pets recover from injuries and improve their mobility.
At home, Dr. Fran is a devoted pet parent to two handsome rescue cats and a beautiful Golden Retriever. Her love for animals, combined with her dedication to advanced veterinary care, makes her a compassionate and knowledgeable member of the Vogue Vets & Wellness Centre team.
Dr. Jaime Olsen
Veterinarian & Surgery Specialist
Originally from Townsville, Dr. Jaime Olsen graduated from James Cook University’s Veterinary School in Queensland. She went on to complete a prestigious Surgical Internship at Perth Vet Specialists in 2015-2016 and, in 2019, achieved her Memberships to the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in the field of Surgery.
Dr. Jaime has a strong passion for advanced surgical procedures, particularly orthopaedic and complex soft tissue surgeries. She is also deeply interested in rehabilitation, ensuring pets recover smoothly and regain mobility after surgery or injury. Additionally, she has a special love for feline medicine, making her an all-around expert in both surgical and medical care for cats and dogs.
Outside of veterinary practice, Dr. Jaime enjoys indulging in good food and wine, spending time in her garden, and showcasing her incredible artistic talent by painting stunning pet portraits. At home, she shares her life with her beloved cat, “Small Fry,” who keeps her company in between her creative and professional pursuits.

Dr. Sarah Reid is a proud Murdoch University graduate who has dedicated her career to small animal practice across rural Western Australia, the UK, and Perth. She joined Vogue Vets in early 2018 and has since balanced her veterinary work with raising her two beautiful daughters.
Sarah has a strong passion for soft tissue surgery, with a particular interest in prophylactic gastropexy—a life-saving procedure that helps prevent gastric torsion in at-risk breeds. Her expertise in this area is deeply personal, having owned three Great Danes herself.
Outside of work, Sarah loves exploring the great outdoors and cherishing quality time with her partner and daughters.
Dr. Sophie Marsden
Dedicated Veterinarian & Animal Advocate
Originally from the UK, Dr. Sophie Marsden graduated from the University of Liverpool before beginning her veterinary career in mixed practice in Yorkshire. She made the move to Perth and joined Vogue Vets full-time at the end of 2023.
Sophie enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, with a keen focus on managing medical cases, surgery, and dentistry. She is passionate about improving pets’ quality of life and building strong relationships with owners to ensure the best possible care.
Outside of work, Sophie is embracing Perth’s outdoor lifestyle. She loves snorkeling, exploring the vineyards of Margaret River, and traveling with her partner.

Dr. Xutian Liang graduated from the University of Sydney in 2008, with a focus on behaviour, nutrition, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine. She is an IAABC Certified Dog Behaviour Consultant, a certified veterinary acupuncturist, and an Elite Fear Free Certified Veterinarian.
Xutian is deeply passionate about educating her clients on optimal nutrition, improving dog behaviour, and advocating for fear-free, holistic veterinary visits. She believes in a balanced approach to pet care that prioritizes both physical and emotional wellbeing.
When she’s not caring for patients, Xutian enjoys spending time with her beloved animals, including Solomon the Singapore Special, Twiky, her 19-year-old rescue, Taz the guinea pig, and her two human “monkeys.” She also loves to exercise and volunteers with Chained Dog Awareness Singapore, rescuing dogs from lives of confinement.

Gaya Elamparithi
Registered Veterinary Nurse & Certified Small Animal Rehab Therapist
Gaya Elamparithi is a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) and Certified Small Animal Rehabilitation Therapist. She initially qualified in Perth before completing her Animal Physiotherapy Diploma and gaining experience working in Singapore.
Gaya’s passion for animals began early, starting in pet grooming at 13. She later moved to Perth, where she earned a Certificate III in Animal Studies and a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. Driven by a desire to manage pain and reduce medication use, she pursued further qualifications in Myofunctional Massage Therapy, Small Animal Physiotherapy, and Small Animal Hydrotherapy in London.
With her expertise in pain management and rehabilitation, Gaya is a key member of our rehab team, dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients.

Rehabilitation and Hydrotherapy Centre
Our dedicated Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Centre is equipped with a full veterinary gym and state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools, offering tailored recovery programs for pets recovering from surgery, injury, or managing chronic pain. The centre features:
- Underwater Treadmill for hydrotherapy treatments, aiding in muscle strengthening, pain relief, and mobility improvement.
- Hydrotherapy Pool for low-impact aquatic exercises.
- Rehabilitative Exercise Equipment including balance boards, physio balls, and resistance bands.
- Laser Therapy (Photobiomodulation) and Massage Therapies to support pain management and muscle recovery.
Consultation Rooms
We have three fully-equipped consultation rooms, each designed to provide a stress-free experience:
- Dog Consultation Room: Comfortable and spacious to accommodate canine patients.
- Cat Consultation Room: A quiet, calming environment specifically designed to minimise feline stress.
- Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy Room: Equipped with physio tools and rehab aids for patient assessments and treatments.

Surgical Theatre
Our fully equipped surgical theatre is designed for both routine and advanced surgeries, including:
- Soft tissue procedures

The theatre is equipped with modern anaesthetic monitoring equipment to ensure the highest safety standards during surgery.
Treatment and Recovery Areas
- General Treatment Area: For minor procedures, blood collection, bandaging, and patient assessments.
- Dedicated Cat Recovery Room: A quiet, separate space for feline patients to recover stress-free.
- Dedicated Dog Recovery Room: Comfortable and spacious for post-operative care.
- Isolation Ward: Secure and hygienic space to care for contagious patients.
Pet-Friendly Waiting Area
Our welcoming waiting area is designed to create a calm, stress-free environment for pets and owners. We have:
- Separate cat and dog waiting zones to minimise anxiety for our feline patients.
- Comfortable seating and refreshments.
- A selection of healthy treats and educational materials for pet owners.
